
Overview
Yagyu Jubei (Hiroki Matsukata) receives a grave warning from his father, Munenori (Kinnosuke Yorozuya): the Tottori Ikeda clan has enlisted his old friend, the master Araki Mataemon (Go Wakabayashi). Driven by rumors of a hidden silver mine, Jubei secretly infiltrates Tottori, only to uncover that the domain has been seized by the rogue schemer, Gyobu Kuroiwa (Ken Nishida). As Jubei relentlessly pursues the truth behind the mine and the domain's fate, he finds himself ensnared in Kuroiwa’s ruthless trap, culminating in his capture... The master swordsman is finally betrayed.
