Overview
The film documents the presidential campaign of Xu Jiujing, chairman of the Vegetarian People's Party, in a mockumentary style. He resolves to run for President of the Republic of China. From his daily life to the minutiae of his campaign headquarters, his earnest desire to do good consistently backfires.
