Overview
Alex, who is a honest cop, gets his whole family brutally murdered and himself executed by a terrorist leader, Jupiter. Later scientists resurrect Alex by exhuming Alex's body, replace most of his body with cybernetics, leaving his human brain and he becomes Sivan.
