Overview

An industrial drama centered on the false reports submitted to higher supervisory authorities by the management of a factory, which had previously secured the protection of a high-ranking party official. These deceptions are accompanied by efforts to suppress the initiatives of a young engineer who proposes replacing mechanical excavators with hydraulic ones.
